SHOT 2 | 2.5-9.5s | Long obstacle run

She throws her body forward with the momentum and releases the column by 10.2s. 10.2-11.1s, she grabs the black lever on the yellow and black mounting plate with both hands and pulls it down to the end in a single powerful motion. 11.1-12.0s, the floor brakes suddenly, the woman releases the lever and stumbles two steps sideways, bracing in a low posture. Wide angle.
