Shot Sequence:

Handheld medium shot: A chunk of ceiling debris clips the woman’s shoulder as she dodges another falling rock. She loses her footing on the shaking ground and falls hard onto one knee and one braced palm, keeping her other arm curled protectively around the burlap sack to cushion the salamander from impact.
Hard cut to close-up: Her face is near the ground, dust-streaked and disoriented. She blinks hard and breathes raggedly.
Hard cut to wide locked low-angle shot: The largest crack near the altar begins to rumble. Thick magma light pulses brighter from within the fissure like a heartbeat.
Hard cut to extreme close-up low-angle: The glowing magma inside the fissure bulges and breaks as a massive clawed obsidian hand, veined with bright orange-red magma, punches through the rock and grips the broken edge of the floor.
Hard cut to second wide shot: A matching second clawed arm breaches a few feet away. Both hands grip the fissure edges, obsidian knuckles cracking with heat as they begin to push upward.
