A giant raven made of shadow particles and smoke, wings spanning entire city blocks, glowing red eyes piercing through darkness. Descends from the sky in total silence before exploding into thousands of smaller shadow birds that flood the streets like a living storm. Gothic city at night with heavy fog, rain and flickering lanterns.
